Stockholm-based hybrid production house It’s Showtime has been working with Turner Broadcasting on a series of new idents and graphics for movie channel Showtime in Scandinavia and the Baltic region (the two companies’ similar names are coincidental).

Stockholm-based hybrid production house It’s Showtime has been working with Turner Broadcasting on a series of new idents and graphics for movie channel Showtime in Scandinavia and the Baltic region (the two companies’ similar names are coincidental).
The series of vignettes, which include sci-fi, action and horror, has been developed by creative director Henrik Öhberg from Turner Nordics and Baltics together with producer Peter Sarhammar and director Mårten Lindsjö from It's Showtime. With the channel focussing on big budget action and blockbuster movies, the aim of the new look is to “clearly visualise the action genre that the channel stands for”, according to Öhberg.
