Terrorism thriller Borderland is set to film on location in Dublin (pictured) and London, after being presented to buyers at Berlinale.
Set in the 1970s, Jamie Dornan will star as a member of the IRA whose wife is accidentally killed in Ireland by Sam Claflin’s SAS soldier.

When Dornan’s character is positioned with an active IRA unit in London, he seeks revenge on Claflin’s soldier, while also entrusted by the IRA to create havoc in the English capital.
The film is being positioned as similar in tone to Michael Mann’s iconic 1995 crime thriller Heat, suggesting a focus on gritty urban realism.
Borderland is produced by Chris Coen of Unanimous Entertainment, and by Rebecca Brown and Alan Moloney of Parallel Film Productions.
