New Men in Black film to shoot in UK

Thor: Ragnarok co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson are reportedly leading the cast of Sony’s Men in Black spin-off that is readying to film in the UK this summer.

Little is known about the plot of the film that has a screenplay by Matt Holloway and Art Marcum.

F Gary Gray, director of The Fate of the Furious Fast & Furious 8) and Straight Outta Compton, is at the helm. Laurie MacDonald and Walter F Parkes produce.

The reboot is the latest major Hollywood film to make its production base in the UK.

Others gearing up to film later this year include Wonder Woman 2, Maleficent 2, Star Wars: Episode IX, The Six Billion Dollar Man, The One and Only Ivan and the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel.
