Manjummel Boys has wrapped production after 101 days of filming in South India.
Shot mostly in Tamil Nadu from January 27, the filmmakers recently wrapped its Kodaikkanal schedule.
The upcoming feature is a comedy drama that centres on the friendship and aspirations of the 'Manjummel Boys' gang members.
Taking to Instagram to announce the last day of the lengthy shoot, one of the film's lead actors Soubin Shahir shared a cast and crew wrap photo with the film logo set as the backdrop.
Shahir began his caption: "and it’s a wrap [...]
"101 days of Manjummel Boys...They say good things take time. I’m so happy and proud that my first as a Producer @paravafilms is MB. It’s been 101 days of excitement, experiments, relentless hard-work & enthusiasm. The best team I could have ever asked for. Even through the cold winter shoot days & the long over night shoots - never once was there a dull moment or a sigh of despair. I’m so proud of what we have created boys. 💪🏻❤️"
He concluded: "BIG THANK YOU & LOVE," and tagged those involved with the project.
Posting the same photo, the director captioned his post: "101 days of madness!!! Packup!!"
Alongside lead actors Shahir and Sreenath Bhasi, the film also stars Balu Varghese, Ganapathi, Lal Jr, Deepak Parambol Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman Chandu Salimkumar, and Vishnu Reghu.
The comedy drama is written and directed by Chidambaram, who previously helmed Jan.E.Man. It is produced by Pavara Films.
Manjummel Boys is scheduled for theatrical release this December.
