Milk VFX has appointed Chris Burn as group managing director to lead the team across the Group’s studios in London, France, Spain and Ireland.
As Managing Director, he will oversee and develop day-to-day operations, ensuring that Milk consistently delivers shows seamlessly.
Chris Burn has over 20 years of experience working in the VFX industry, beginning his career as an artist and supervisor, before moving into leadership and strategic growth opportunities at DNEG and more recently, MPC.
His creative credits include The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Alien vs Predator, Batman Begins, and The Matrix Reloaded.
Milk was founded in 2013 and has won three BAFTA Television Craft awards. It is currently delivering the eight-part NBC series Surviving Earth. Milk's recent projects include Sony/TriStar’s The Woman King; Sally El Housaini’s The Swimmers and sci-fi episodic series Bodies and political drama Scoop all for Netflix; Good Omens S1 & S2, Citadel and Kandahar all for Amazon MGM Studios; Warner Bros' Meg 2: The Trench, and Working Title/Studio Canal’s What’s Love Got To Do With It.
