Production on All Her Fault starring Succession's Sarah Snook will begin in the latter half of August at Dockalnd Studios and on location across Melbourne, Australia.
Joining Snook in the cast are Dakota Fanning, Jake Lacy, Abby Elliott, Sophie Lillis, and Michael Peña.
The Carnival Films series is directed by Minkie Spiro whose credits include Netflix's 3 Body Problem and Carnival's Downton Abbey, from a script by Megan Gallagher. The show is adapted from the novel of the same name by Andrea Mara.
According to Creative Victoria, All Her Fault will create over 2,000 jobs for Victorian screen industry workers, including 510 crew and placements for emerging screen workers. The production will also support 435 local businesses and inject more than $70 million directly into the Victorian economy.
All Her Fault follows Marissa Irvine who heads to pick up her young son, Milo, from his first playdate with a boy at his new school. But the woman who answers the door isn't a mother she recognises. She isn't the nanny. She doesn't have Milo. And so begins every parent's worst nightmare.
Wofl, Snook, and Spiro executive produce alongside Nigel Marchant, Gareth Neame and Joanna Strevens for Carnival Films; Jennifer Gabler Rawlings and Christine Sacani. Terry Gould produces, and novelist Mara is the assistant producer.
