Netflix debuts first look at Apple Cider Vinegar starring Kaitlyn Dever as Australian wellness guru and scammer Belle Gibson.
The series is produced by UK-based See-Saw Films and is inspired by the book The Woman Who Fooled the World by journalists Beau Donelly and Nick Toscano.
Apple Cider Vinegar follows two young women who set out to cure their life-threatening illnesses through health and wellness, influencing their global online communities along the way. All of which would be incredibly inspiring if it were all true.

The limited series was shot on location in Melbourne, Australia with support from VicScreen through their Victorian Production Fund. Post-production took place in NSW with support through Screen NSW and their PDV Fund. US-based Xm2 Pursuit provided drone services.
It was created and written by Nine Perfect Stranger's Samantha Strauss, and is written with The Twelve's Anya Beyersdorf and Total Control's Angela Betzien.
Executive producers are See-Saw Films’ Liz Watts, Helen Gregory, Emile Sherman and Iain Canning; Picking Scabs’ Samantha Strauss and Louise Gough; and Kaitlyn Dever; co-executive producers are series director Jeffrey Walker; See-Saw Films’ Simon Gillis.
