'Fargo', 'Tokyo Vice', 'Saltburn' among Location Managers Guild awards nominees

The Location Managers Guild International have announced the nominees for their 11th annual Location Managers Guild Awards including HBO's Tokyo Vice, Emerald Fennell's Saltburn, and Hero Productions' Iceland-set commercial for Tesla.

Film commissions nominated include Film In Iceland for True Detective: Night Country, which doubled four Alaska and Royal Film Commission - Jordan for Dune: Part Two, while supervising location manager Sue Quinn, whose credits include Fantastic Beasts, Harry Potter, and Pirates of the Caribbean franchises, will receive this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award honour. Recipients of the Trailblazer, Humanitarian and the Eva Monley Awards will be announced soon.

The Annual LMGI Awards will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA. The Awards honour the outstanding and creative visual contributions of location professionals in film, television, commercials, and film commercials.
