Lynne Ramsay's 'Die, My Love' starring Jennifer Lawrence filming in Calgary

Lynne Ramsay, best known for 2011's We Need To Talk About Kevin, will begin filming her latest project Die, My Love in Calgary next week.

The Black Label Media production stars Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson and LaKeith Stanfield. Production will take place in and around Calgary, Canada from today (Monday, August 19) until Tuesday, October 8.

The film follows a mother battling the throes of psychosis in a remote, rural area.

Ramsay co-wrote the script with Ariana Harwicz and Enda Walsh; the story is based on Harwicz's novel. The novel is set in rural France, though whether Canada will be doubled for the European countryside has yet to be confirmed.

John Kerr is the production manager, with Naddine Madell as production coordinator.
