Kill Me starring Charlie Day and Allison Williams has received Utah tax credits.
The film stars Day as Jimmy who wakes up in a bathtub after having tried to kill himself. Or, at least, that’s what it looks like to his friends and family.
Jimmy is pretty sure he didn’t do it…Maybe. Together with Margot (Williams), the 911 operator who took his call, Jimmy sets out on a mission to find out if someone try to kill him. Or, are they chasing the spectre of depression?
The Auter's Peter Warren writes and directs. Kill Me is produced by XYZ Films who also finance; Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg for Dark Horse Entertainment; and Charlie Day and Peter Warren. Executive producers are Paul Schwake and Kasey Adler for Dark Horse.
Utah’s incentive program offers a fully refundable tax credit of up to 25% on in-state spend.
